If you look at every piece of metal, you’ll wonder how these things are forming into one? Let us look at steps to know more about MIG welding and its machine in Singapore.
Step #1 Shift Fume Extractor Over Welding Area
Some MIG welding machine has to shift the fume extractor to start automatically, as it will detect the fumes of metal to extract, and also there a light when using a MIG welding machine.
Step #2 Fasten Ground Clamp
Every MIG welding machine requires a ground clamp that needs to fasten to the metal surface, to create an adequate ground, sometimes there will be a welding setup table to add support.
Step #3 Secure And Adjust The Screw
The adjusting screw helps to determine, the amount of gas released from the host, also the screw is attached on the upper side of a gas cylinder container to the MIG welding machine.
Step #4 Clasp The Cylinder Handwheel
Stand on the opposite side of the regular apparatus, before clasping the handwheel, the hand must place around it, and not over the head, to ease the deficiency when releasing the pressure.
Step 5 Verify the Welding Setting
Not all MIG welding machines have the same welding setting; therefore, it is advisable to always check the panel board set on the side of the MIG welding machine.
Step #6 Turn on
Be careful switching on once confirming the welding set.
Step #7 Tuning Wire Speed and Voltage
Use the panel setting when weighing the values when using a MIG welding machine.
Step #8 Check Welding Wire’s Length
Clip the MIG welding wire if it's too long, change if it's too short, always remember to have a wire must have a reasonable length.
Step #9 Start welding
First, put the head gears and start welding the metal to create a piece.
Step #10 Close everything
Secure to turn to the regulator to the lowest setting, close the gas cylinder, double-check if the pressure drops to 50 (the lowest speed), unscrew the adjusting screw, turn off MIG welding machine, remove the ground clamp, and recoil all the wires together.
